Production of photo-identity card to avail benefit under the scheme is necessary. Please approch the local office to get duplicate Identity card with photograph for existing permanent identity card. Benefits will be provided only production of photo identity card with effect from 01.09.2002.

It is informed that two new Sub Regional Offices have been opened at NOIDA and Varanasi (U.P.) in accordance with the decision taken in  the 129th meeting of ESI Corporation.
